Product introduction

The DF/F-06 series screw cast brass valves can adjust the flow of cold/hot water after it is matched with the controller equipment of DF/Q motor actuator. It is available for the liquid control system such as the central air-conditioner, heating, water disposal, industry processing and so on.

Features

●The seal parts of valve stem: NBR seal parts of four-layer V type or O type group

●Valve stem: stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti

●Valve core: brass or 1Cr18Ni9Ti

●Bearing: 1.6MPa

●Work medium: water, flow temperature: -10~95℃

●Flow feature: less than 0.05% of KV

Installation and maintenance

●This valve is compatible with Honeywell, junction J, and Johnson actuator.

That valve stem running up means that valve is closing.
Make sure the pipe is cleat before installation.
It must be at the same point when the pipe and valve body are connected, the flow direction should be same as the direction of the label.
When the actuator is installed on the valve vertically, it should be above the valve to leave enough space for daily maintenance.

●When maintenance, the electricity should be cut off and there is no pressure in the water system
